Meet Kelly
Kelly Melchionno is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 23 years of bedside experience and a passion for helping patients feel seen, supported, and cared for. From 2017 until 2026, she devoted her career to the treatment of patients with Lyme and associated diseases with Dr. Steven Phillips. She brings that experience to Fresh Start Lyme. This knowledge base, paired with her strong background in intensive care and genuine empathy, allows Kelly to provide expert care for individuals navigating complex tick-borne illnesses and their journey to wellness. She combines clinical intuition with careful listening and personalized support, helping each patient feel understood every step of the way.
