Meet Kelly
Kelly Melchionno is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 23 years of bedside experience and a passion for helping patients feel seen, supported, and cared for. She has spent the last nine years working at the practice of world- renowned Chronic Lyme Disease expert Dr. Steven Phillips, who extensively trained her in the field of chronic zoonotic infections. This knowledge base, paired with her strong background in intensive care and genuine empathy, allows Kelly to provide expert care for individuals navigating complex tick-borne illnesses and their journey to wellness. She combines clinical intuition with careful listening and personalized support, helping each patient feel understood every step of the way.
